Many people feel
   God lends us our children
And that our job as parents
   is to give them
     ROOTS and WINGS.

Joshua certainly had roots
   deep and wide.
     He left them with us.

He also had wings.
   He spread them wide
     and soared
       with heart and soul.

He made a difference...
   and the world --
     his family and friends, his co-workers
       ... Indeed everyone who knew him
         were blessed by the time
           he shared with us.

He never met a stranger.
